stado billing watch [OPTIONS] --mail-days <MAIL_DAYS> --mail-organization <MAIL_ORGANIZATION>Purpose
One billing watchdog pass: refresh, evaluate credit balance AND account health, and alert on transitions. Deliberately runnable outside the cloud it monitors; whatever schedule runs it (`stado schedule create`, cron on another machine) is its cadence

Output and state effect
It performs the operation described above and emits its operator result on standard output or standard error. Any state change is limited to the resources and records named by the purpose and options on this page.
Refusals
- Required: Stado assumes no notice period
- Required: Skrzynka acts for one organization and assumes none
- Before dispatch, Stado refuses a missing required token shown in the invocation, an unknown option, or a value outside a listed value set; argument-usage failures exit with code 2.
