Refusals

• Before dispatch, Stado refuses a missing required token shown in the invocation, an unknown option, or a value outside a listed value set; argument-usage failures exit with code 2.

Subcommands

• plan — The registry's Skarbiec release plan for this host, or `absent`
• ownership — `owned` or `unowned` from the Skarbiec release state
• upstream — The Skarbiec proxy's upstream, when it is a declared candidate
• proxy — `none` or `exact\tPID\tEXECUTABLE` for the exact orphaned proxy in a `ps axww -o pid= -o command=` listing
