stado host user create [OPTIONS] <USERNAME>Purpose
Create USERNAME on selected registry-managed hosts over SSH
Required inputs and options

Refusals
- Require the new user to change the initial password on first login
- Before dispatch, Stado refuses a missing required token shown in the invocation, an unknown option, or a value outside a listed value set; argument-usage failures exit with code 2.
