stado product changelog [OPTIONS] --line-limit <line-limit> <--version <version>|--spill>Purpose
Move CHANGELOG.md's Unreleased entries into changelog/: as the given release in the version-bump commit, or as spilled parts while the release is prepared

Refusals
- Before dispatch, Stado refuses a missing required token shown in the invocation, an unknown option, or a value outside a listed value set; argument-usage failures exit with code 2.
