Invocation

stado release gate decide [OPTIONS] --current <CURRENT> --published-surface <PUBLISHED_SURFACE> --candidate-surface <CANDIDATE_SURFACE>

Purpose

Classify the change between two surfaces and name the next version

Refusals

  • Declare a break the surface cannot show; it may only escalate
  • Before dispatch, Stado refuses a missing required token shown in the invocation, an unknown option, or a value outside a listed value set; argument-usage failures exit with code 2.
