CLI reference / tunnel / status

stado tunnel status

Invocation

stado tunnel status [OPTIONS] --provider <PROVIDER> --api-credential <API_CREDENTIAL> --tunnel-credential <TUNNEL_CREDENTIAL> --zone <ZONE> --hostname <HOSTNAME>

Purpose

Inspect one hostname's ingress, DNS and tunnel connection state

Required inputs and options

Input or optionContract
--provider <PROVIDER>Provider that carries the tunnel. No provider is assumed Possible values: - cloudflare: Cloudflare Tunnel: ingress through the account's named tunnel, DNS in the account's zone, both through the Cloudflare API
--api-credential <API_CREDENTIAL>Stado credential containing the provider account_id and scoped api_token
--tunnel-credential <TUNNEL_CREDENTIAL>Stado credential containing the same account_id and tunnel_id
--zone <ZONE>Exact DNS zone name the provider serves, for example example.com
--hostname <HOSTNAME>Exact public hostname to inspect
--jsonEmit the machine-readable route report

Output and state effect

This is an inspection/reporting operation. It emits the result described above and does not change managed state unless an explicit option in this page says otherwise. Pass `--json` when the command exposes that machine-readable option.

Refusals

  • Before dispatch, Stado refuses a missing required token shown in the invocation, an unknown option, or a value outside a listed value set; argument-usage failures exit with code 2.
