stado waits cycles [OPTIONS]Purpose
Every cycle standing among this machine's lock waits: a process waiting on a lock held, directly or through other lock waits, by a process whose completion needs it. Each link names the process, its command, the lock it waits on and who holds that lock. Fails with the refusal status when any cycle stands

Output and state effect

Refusals
- Before dispatch, Stado refuses a missing required token shown in the invocation, an unknown option, or a value outside a listed value set; argument-usage failures exit with code 2.
