Invocation
stado web origin converge [OPTIONS] <NAME>Purpose
Make the declared target publish every declared path, then read the node's own table and the public name back. Without `--apply` nothing is sent and the receipt is the plan.

Output and state effect

Refusals
- Before dispatch, Stado refuses a missing required token shown in the invocation, an unknown option, or a value outside a listed value set; argument-usage failures exit with code 2.
